I would like to thank Connor and the team; I can't recommend CFA enough. They were brilliant from start to finish. We were making the property five times bigger in floor area than what it is currently, so it was a big project, and Connor made it a walk in the park. Everything we wanted—Connor guided us, although the council was not happy with many things regarding the build. Connor guided us on what we can and can't do and made the whole process easier.
We had a few architects come in to take a look at the project, but I felt Connor understood what we wanted from the start, and I was correct. The first set of drawings was exactly what I wanted, and I was worried regarding the size of the building as many architects were afraid of the size of the building. But Connor felt that it was no issue, although the council had said if we could make the building smaller, which we would have been happy to do, Connor had advised that we keep the current size and replied to the council with all diagrams showing why there is no issue with the size of our building.
I would not hesitate to use Connor Ferris Architects again. He passed everything we wanted.
