Key Changes Include:
- Householder Applications:
- Applications for the enlargement, improvement, or other alteration of a single dwellinghouse will increase from £258 to £528. (Full details on Lichfields)
- For two or more dwellinghouses, fees will rise from £509 to £1,043.
- Prior Approval Applications:
- Applications not involving building operations will increase from £120 to £240.
- Applications involving building operations will rise from £258 to £516.
- Section 73 Applications (for varying or removing conditions):
- A new three-tier fee structure will be introduced:
- £86 for householder applications.
- £586 for non-major development.
- £2,000 for major development.
